[16] On that day the LORD their God will save them

And the Lord shall save them on this day

For they are the flock of his people;

As sheep are his people

For like jewels on a crown they shall shine on his land

Because holy stones roll upon his land

[17] For what beauty and goodness are his!

Because if something of his is good and if something is fine is from him

Grain shall make the young men flourish, and new wine the young women

Wheat shall be to the young men and sweet smelling wine to the maidens

This passage is a fairly standard example of the promise of deliverance by God for the chosen people ushering in an era of bounty, and I think mostly serves as the obvious conclusion to verses 9-17 particularly and the chapter as a whole generally.
